Exhibitor Registration: $1,600 + $80 GST = $1,680.00
Fee Includes:

• Skirted cloth 6’ Table Top; ONE chair on carpet (8′ width of space)
• Power
• WiFi
• ONE representative ($200 plus $5 GST for each additional rep/chair)
• Opportunity to participate in the Prize Draw to increase traffic!
• Early morning and mid morning coffee time in the Exhibit Hall/Foyer
• Lunch Hour Reception
• Happy Hour (to be confirmed)

* Non-Canadian Exhibitors/Attendees: In order to facilitate your entry into Canada, email executivedirector@vdds.com for the Canadian Border Services Letterto any boxes or packages being shipped to Canada for VDDS’ Springtime Meeting 2024 . Non-Canadian attendees and company reps must also have this letter with them when crossing the border.
