Stress is a very real problem among Dentists, but you do not need to handle it alone. Join BCDA’s Dentist Wellness Program (DWP) team and special guest Dr. Cheryl Handley as they share experiences related to anxiety and stress, along with practical strategies and tips for managing it. This educational session aims to teach you easy mindfulness exercises that you can start applying immediately. The wellness strategies discussed in this session are applicable to both your work and personal life, and will show how self-care helps maintain a healthy work-life balance.
