Pat Madaisky is a Graduate of the University of British Columbia Faculty of Law and has been practising since 1989. In 2000, he decided to break out on his own and establish Madaisky & Company Business Lawyers LLP. His team have extensive experience dealing with Health Care Professionals and have been providing corporate, commercial, real estate and other business law services for over 20 years. Lachlan MacPherson, CPA, CA, is a Partner with MNP’s Professional Services team in Vancouver, B.C.
