REFUND POLICY: There are no refunds on Membership. In the event that a credit might be offered in extenuating circumstances, an admin fee will apply.
DENTIST ONLY MEMBERSHIP LEVELS (scroll down for Non-Dentist/Community Membership levels)
GOLD Membership ($1,200.00 + 5% GST) – Dentists only.
Six Full Day CE presentations, including meals; Annual Buffet Dinner; AGM & Election of Officers;
Complimentary attendance to each lecture by ONE of your staff members (does not apply to Springtime Meeting 2024). This is a special benefit extended to “regular” GOLD Members (not Gold New and Recent Grads).
GOLD New and Recent Grads Membership ($600 + 5% GST)*** – Dentists only.
Applies to 2022-2024 Grads; Six Full Day CE presentations, including meals; Annual Buffet Dinner; AGM & Election of Officers.
***PLEASE NOTE: New Grad Gold Members are New and Recent Graduates of an undergraduate dental program who just finished school in the current year or graduated within the two preceding years. New and Recent Graduates from a Specialty degree program are also eligible. However, you can only receive the New Grad Gold Membership one time following one degree program (and not following both the undergrad and graduate programs).
SILVER Membership ($1,000 + 5% GST) – Dentists only.
Six Full Day CE presentations; Annual Buffet Dinner & AGM a la carte. Lecture Lunches a la carte: $85.00 + 5% GST.
BRONZE Membership ($847.62 + 5% GST) – Dentists only.
Three CE Sessions of your Choice, including meals; Annual Buffet Dinner; AGM & Election of Officers. Fourth lecture fee $195 + 5% GST.
ASSOCIATE Membership ($600 + 5% GST) – Dentists only.
Six Full Day CE presentations; Annual Buffet Dinner & AGM a la carte. Lecture Lunches a la carte: $85.00 + 5% GST. Limited to: licenced dentists who are non-residents of the Lower Mainland. (If you believe you qualify for Associate Membership, please contact our office).
RETIRED ASSOCIATE Membership ($315.00 + 5% GST) – Dentists only.
Six Full Day CE presentations; Annual Buffet Dinner & AGM a la carte. Lecture Lunches a la carte: $85.00 + 5% GST. Limited to: dentists in good standing who no longer practise dentistry and hold a non-practising licence from the College of Dental Surgeons of BC; (If you believe you qualify for Retired Associate Membership, please contact our office).
COMMUNITY MEMBERSHIP LEVELS – for Assistants, Hygienists, Staff, Lab Technicians, Denturists and Dental Therapists
GOLD – Dental Community Membership ($630.00 + 5% GST)
Six Full Day CE presentations with meals; Limited to: CDA’s, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Receptionists, Office Managers and Staff, Lab Technicians, Denturists and Dental Therapists. This category is not for dentists.
SILVER – Dental Community Membership ($420.00 + 5% GST)
Six Full Day CE presentations with no meals; Meals can be purchased for $85+GST per event. Limited to: CDA’s, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Receptionists, Office Managers and Staff, Lab Technicians, Denturists and Dental Therapists. This category is not for dentists.
BRONZE – Dental Community Membership ($315.00 + 5% GST)
Three Full Day CE presentations with meals; Limited to: CDA’s, Dental Assistants, Hygienists, Receptionists, Office Managers and Staff, Lab Technicians, Denturists and Dental Therapists. This category is not for dentists.
