AS - Associate
Limited to: BC licenced dentists who are non-residents of the Lower Mainland;
Non-BC dentists licenced to practise in another Canadian province;
dentists who are full time staff members of the Faculty of Dentistry of U.B.C.;
dentists in a national Health Service serving in BC
Rate: $395.00
RA - Retired Associate
Limited to: dentists in good standing who no longer practise dentistry, who are not licenced, or hold a non-practising licence from the College of Dental Surgeons of BC
Rate: $195.00
L - Life or Honourary
